Jimmy has been in banking for 28 years, having started his banking career as a teller in high school. He has spent a majority of his career in commercial lending and management roles. He joined National Capital Bank in April of 2022 as the Bank’s President and was promoted to CEO in January of 2023. Jimmy graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He later graduated from the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. Jimmy was honored as Loudoun County’s Executive of the Year in 2020; voted Best Banker in Town for 2015 & 2016; Loudoun County’s Top 40 under 40 in 2014, and Rotarian of the Year in 2015. He is also a current board member with the Loudoun County Chamber, a board member with the Capitol Hill Business Improvement District (BID), a founding member of the Rotary Club of Broadlands-Dulles South, and an active firefighter and EMT with the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.
