Joannie has been in banking for over 40 years. Her areas of expertise include helping customers with their financial needs, problem solving, outstanding customer service including establishing relationships with elderly customers. Joannie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and is a current member of the Rockville Chamber of Commerce.
