Michelle has been a banker with NCB for 13 years. She started her career in the Lockbox Department and worked her way up to Wire Transfer Supervisor in the Wire Department. Michelle was recognized as Employee of the Month for her role in making the entire wire process a more seamless banking experience. While she still plays a primary role with wires, she is now stepping into assisting customers with their online banking needs in the eServices Department. Michelle enjoys working for the National Capital Bank and prides herself on the relationships she’s built with customers through the years.
