Randy’s banking career has spanned over 45 years in the Washington, DC area. He started his career as a middle -market commercial loan officer with banks in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, DC. before stepping into senior credit and lending management roles at Allegiance Bank N.A. and Virginia Commerce Bank followed by Regional President for Metro DC for United Bank. For the last 7 years Randy served as the President and CEO of NCB prior to his retirement in December 2022. He remains on the Bank’s board and as President and CEO of its holding company. Randy is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University and has completed numerous banking programs with The American Bankers Association, Independent Community Bankers Association and Risk Management Associates. Randy currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing and has served on numerous local charitable and civic boards and committees including the VHC Health Foundation Capital Campaign, the Capitol Hill Community Foundation, Arlington Community Foundation, Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Fairfax Chamber of Commerce.
