Ryan has been in banking since 2005, starting out in a management trainee program for a community bank in Cleveland, Ohio. As a commercial loan officer, he is well-versed in providing commercial real estate loans for investment and owner-occupied properties. Ryan is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Commercial Lending School and will graduate in the summer of 2023 from the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management. He is the Treasurer of CHAMPS (Capitol Hill Association of Merchant Professionals) and has been on the Board since 2017. Ryan received his degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton with a minor in Finance.
