Shannon has been a dedicated member of the banking industry since 2001. She has gained extensive experience in a variety of roles, including Teller, Teller Manager, Service Transaction Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Universal Banker, and Sales Associate Supervisor. In 2021 Shannon joined NCB as a Customer Service Representative, bringing with her a valuable background of working at community banks. She quickly advanced to Branch Specialist and now serves as our Assistant Branch Manager at the Capitol Hill Branch. Known for her exceptional customer service and positive attitude, Shannon is a valued member of our team and is always ready to support both her colleagues and customers.
